As we know, the import tariff from China become higher now. So what’s about the LED corn light/lamp/bulb?

LED corn light is under the HTS Code#8539.50.00 / Light‐emitting diode (LED) lamps, now the tariff is only 2%, but the may be increased to 17% from 12/15/2019 on. This is what we learned from USTR.

On 08/13/2019 - The additional 10% tariff, List 4B (Effective December 15, 2019)

“Washington, DC - The United States Trade Representative (USTR) today announced the next steps in the process of imposing an additional tariff of 10 percent on approximately $300 billion of Chinese imports.

On 08/23/2019 - The additional 10% tariff update to 15%. List 4B (Effective December 15, 2019)

“...
